Senior Connections work to help seniors continue to live independently in their own homes. Senior Connections staff, known as Area Coordinators, are stationed at our offices across six Lane County communities, including Florence, Oakridge, Junction City, Veneta, Cottage Grove, and Eugene. Your local Area Coordinator can provide you with information about local, state, and federal services, and the benefits available to seniors and family caregivers.

The Living Well Program is a no cost, six-week skill building workshop that teaches practical ways to live a healthy lifestyle. Participants will learn skills that will help you take charge of your health by:
