2045 Regional Transportation Plan Update Process

The Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) is the Eugene-Springfield-Coburg area's long-range transportation planning document that presents the region's goals for a safe, accessible, and efficient multimodal transportation system for everyone.

The RTP is a federally required document that must be updated every four years. The Central Lane MPO is now updating the currently adopted 2045 RTP. The planning process launched in early 2024 and will run through 2025, with anticipated adoption in November 2025.
