Telephone
LCOG staff coordinates cost-effective telephone services for many public agencies. The LCOG telecommunications consortium operation represents the largest telephone company customer outside of Portland. LCOG services include system administration, maintenance contract administration, voice mail applications, and procurement of carrier services.
Fiber Optic
LCOG owns and manages fiber optic infrastructure including miles of publicly owned fiber optic cable owned collectively by a consortium of public agencies, as well as the Willamette Internet Exchange, where public and private fiber optic networks can connect to one another.
