Senior and Disability Services (S&DS) has three full-service offices, one located in Eugene, one in Florence, and the other in Cottage Grove.
These offices provide a multitude of services including:

Case planning and case management for those in need of long term care

Determining eligibility for Medicaid and SNAP benefits

Information and referral through the Aging and Disability Resource Connection

Licensing and monitoring adult foster care homes
